Our main contributor is a Dutch corporate lawyer with a PhD, who turned 60 recently. He was infected with the melodic hard rock virus at early age. The next decades he absorbed not only extreme quantities of music, but also read everything about it he could lay his hands on. Convinced never to earn a proper income as a rock journalist, our man got educated and trained as policy analyst and lawyer. He specialised in digesting large amounts of unorganized information, bringing it down to the relevant core and explaining it in a way everybody could easily understand. In 1996 he started writing about melodic hard rock in magazines and encyclopedias in his spare time.
But it’s not really that important who we are. Judge us on the content.
